How can i make The navigation / menu styling in the shop pages the same as the home page?

It seems that There are many css and js files not loading

Just uploaded the new theme, extracted it. this usually overrided the existing file. have always updated themes this way with no issues.
In the dashboard the Swift Framework icon is missing. Also in the theme section the theme picture is not showing.
I just downloaded the theme, went to cpanel and replaced the theme with the new one. Did the same with the Framework plugin.
