I have the same problem. My site is all scrambled then I get ‘Your connection is not private’ when trying to go to admin. Did the link work? Can I also use it? How did it go?

I would be happy with opacity, just dont see the option for it anywhere. Can you help me find it?
Just to clarify, I am talking about a single image layer then, that when I would put the mouse over the image it would show a different opacity of that image.

Ok, I tried this and I can see it affects the single product page image but I didnt see it affect the products carousel image (see screenshot).

Ok, I want to rephrase my question as it has changed a bit and explain my issue if its ok.

I want to have a square product image (790 x 790) as the first image on the single product page for example http://tomfreyr.com/product/untangling/

but I dont like how that image is automatically cropped and shown in the product carousel.

Is there a way for me to have control over how it is displayed in the product carousel while at the same time have an un-cropped first image on the single product page?

(… without having the product carousel showing square images)

Hi, I did what you advised me and found that the product images had the dimensions of 540 x 720, so I saved and uploaded my product images accordingly.

But now after speculating the quality Ive noticed that the image showing in single product page is bigger so I inspected the elements again and I see both the dimensions 540 x 720 in the jpg and 562 x 749 as the product slider image – (which is the actual display size according to my browser ruler)

So I am a little bit confused. Should I then be uploading my images in the 562 x 749 dimensions?

There was also a social share tab in the link you gave me but it didnt have a shortcode that worked.
