There is nothing in the row. The code you provided does not work with blog post pages like this one:
http://27.123.26.98/~tiipiibe/tips-tricks/finding-the-perfect-outdoor-wedding-style/

As you can see, the global header banner is still showing. Also, there is no option to turn it off in the meta options.
