I have two Neighborhood wordpress themes, one is showing metadata and sharing in the list of options in the dashboard and one is not. Where can I turn this option back on?

Where do I find this file?

I am looking for it in the themes editor, is this the correct area?

I added the new CSS, flushed the cache and refreshed the browser but the personal shopper icon still appears, what am I missing? Attached is a picture of the code I added.
