With my extra class name “portfoliohome” I’ve tried the following:
.portfoliohome .filter-wrap { float:center; text-align:center; } .portfoliohome a, .ui-widget-content { color:#ffffff; }
However there are two problems:
1. It works on Safari but not on firefox
2. The rollover/color effect has been removed. I’ve only edited the custom css, nothing else – but even deleting the lines of code haven’t returned the rollover effect. This is noticed with the portfolio filters on the home page as well as the portfolio page. In trying to edit the custom css I did try use “!important” command – not sure if that screwed things up….Thanks Laranz but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work.
Thanks Rui
(edit: it works!!!)
Does this code specify that only this specific row is featured that way as opposed to globally representing all images like that?
Actually what was just easier was inserting images within the swift page builder. The only problem is that on iPhone view my columns of 6 images expand into single column full width – which is not ideal for social media icons.
How would I go about forcing iPhone view to allow columns of 2 or 3 for example?

I would have thought that – but as mentioned, it doesn’t work in the custom css – even with important! declarations.
It can look like h4 no problem. Id rather do i with css and not edit the php
This reply has been marked as private. You missed the question Kyle. I understand css changes. Not changing font size – changing h2 to h4 – they’re different fonts which are not being effected even under the important! command.
Sorry – actually looking to edit this part
h2, .blog-item .quote-excerpt
As I’d like to edit the “Related Articles” text in the same way. For some reason the custom css isn’t taking.
1.6 not working for me – made the bars more prominent – height still definitely not working. Please check my link:
Brilliant ED! You guys are great.
Thanks Rui
I didn’t but it definitely wouldn’t work – there is pal, ntsc 1080, 720 x 576 etc etc etc so many different formats that a global padding would mess up some of the videos. I understand the custom css, but this just couldn’t be global.
Essentially that height field is extremely necessary for anyone who wants to use video – and considering that agency is a big of the theme, I think displaying video correctly should be quite a priority.
Problem is – if different videos have different proportions there couldn’t be one css solution
