I’ve managed to get the site working again by manually deleting the WooCommerce Menu Extension plugin, so it seems like the conflict was with that.
If you still want to have a look though I can give the FTP details.

Thanks. Do you have a solution for #7? The favicon I set isn’t used in maintenance mode.
The issue still seems to exist. As a quick fix I just replaced the image with my own using FTP.
