Is the Master Slider still broken? Won’t load for me

Just a couple of things – there is a gap between the 2 boxes: Optimize an existing site and Optimize an existing site
that’s done
I did that and reinstalled the theme and demo content but still nothing there

I deleted this and reinstalled but now I’m having trouble installing demo content – from my wp admin I’ve gone into Cardinal demos – corporate three – ticked all boxes and clicked install but no content is installing
I have no experience uploading themes via ftp – if cannot upload normally, please refund
I went into theme files then tried to install cardinal.zip
other option is cardinal-child.zip
