this is only happening to recurrent customers who already have a login (an account) – its not happening to a new customer.
so please see the images attached.
in general there are some fields which are linked to our email – but which is somehow confusing.image 1 shows the scenario if you don’t have an account.
in this case the marked field is linked to our email – which also is a bit confusing.image 2 shows the scenario if you are a current user with an account.
in this case any click in the 2 marked fields forwards you to our email address.do you know what I mean,

yes I made some changes with the support of swift ideas.
in general its working – but there still those issues.

could you try it once again?
the whole field is linked with the email program. (see the image attached)
and also when I am logged in as a user and I try to change my address informations then I get transferred to the mail program..do you know what I mean?

Lisaactually I was trying to change some font sizes in my order-emails.
this was just a try – because I could not find out how to change some font sizes…but of course, this did not work.
do you know what I mean?so I will remove the folder “emails” in the File Zilla (if you please look at the attachment)…
