    Hi David

    Simply deactivating both the Plugins allowed the tracking code to be saved. I activated them afterwards and all seems good.

    Hi David

    I’m adding it to Theme Options >> General Options, scroll down to the Google Analytics bit.

    “Tracking code
    Paste your Google Analytics (or other) tracking code here. This will be added into the footer template of your theme. NOTE: Please include the script tag.”

    You suggestion has worked – thank you. From my experience this issue is intermittent. I hope your solution is permanent.

    The same thing is happening to me, when I leave my client carousal display figure to blank and hit save, it doesn’t save and reverts back to 12. I’ve tried changing this on a different browser and it still won’t save.

    Any ideas would be welcome.

    Hi David

    The .php was uploaded by my developer. He never modified or changed anything. He did add new CSS to adjust the style of the sub title.

    Hi David

    I think i’ve spoken too soon.

    I think adding the new .php has caused the white screen of death.

    I can’t log onto the website anymore because I can’t get past the white screen.

    I’ve read that PHP errors and database errors can manifest as a white screen. Do you think the .php which you provided me with has a small error which could cause this to happen?
