On my screen the photos are showing as very different. I’m not sure if it’s a setting with my computer, I’ll keep on looking. If I can find a way to show you the difference, then I’ll get back to you.

No I’m not using any third party plugins. This happened on both my home page on the revolution slider, and in the product page http://ferdos.co.uk/index.php/product/tamarat/
You can compare it with the photo I’ve attached, which is how it’s supposed to look

I did, and I have text entered in there. However for some reason using the child theme and the code at this link http://www.swiftideas.com/knowledgebase/how-to-override-the-cartcheckout-help-bar/ made it disappear on my page
Any ideas on how to fix this?
