Thanks for everything, Rui and Kyle. Much appreciated.

Hi Kyle – Here is what I’m seeing without that line of code. The extra space still appears at the bottom of the photo.
Are you seeing something different on your end?

You must be logged in to view attached files.Hey Kyle – It still looks the same on my end. I checked Safari and Firefox on a Mac, and Chrome on a PC. Same result for all three browsers.
It appears that space is normally occupied when there are more than one images in the Showcase so that you can move through the different images easily. However, the entire frame should be occupied by the photo on my site since there is only one static image on my home page.
Do you have any other ideas of what could be done to change that?
Thanks,
MikeThis reply has been marked as private.Hi Kyle – I’ve posted two screenshots of what I’m seeing in both Firefox and Safari browsers. In Firefox, there is a white line going across the bottom of the picture (not that big of a deal), but in both browsers there is a large chunk of empty space at the bottom of the frame that the picture resides in. I know that the picture’s dimension is much larger than the frame since it is being cropped to be displayed. Do you have any other thoughts on how to adjust this and have the entire frame occupied by the photo?
Thanks for your quick responses!!

Thanks,
MikeHi Kyle,
No, the unwanted space is not around those images. It is actually along the bottom of the image on the home page, which I’ve attached to this message.
Thanks,

Sure, Rui.
http://www.mikepassero.comThanks for you quick response and I look forward to hearing back from you.
I’m running into the same issue with my showcase image. I saw the fix listed in this thread
*** I set the three padding options to zero – ”0” – in the picture admin panel (after the pic is mounted at the page.
However, I’m not exactly sure where to make this change. Could you point me in the right direction?
Thanks. Thanks for sending that along, Kyle. I’m just not sure how that applies to my theme since I’m using ABILITY, but the theme referenced in that document is DANTE. There doesn’t appear to be a page in my theme with the items mentioned in that Knowledgebase Article.
Also, I don’t believe that I changed anything to have the smooth scrolling removed from the site. I appreciate your continued assistance, and could you please explain how to apply the DANTE article to my theme.
Thanks,
MikeHi Kyle – Sorry for my delayed response. I’m not able to locate the smooth scroll option in the settings. Where exactly would i need to look for this?
I appreciate your offer to look into this as well. How would I safely be able to get you my login info?

Worked perfectly!!! Thanks, Ed.
Perfect!! Thanks, Ed. That did the trick.
I also have a work around in place for my first question, but I’ll keep an eye out for any future updates.
Thanks again!!
Thanks for your reply. I understand that this request is beyond the scope of issues that you handle on this forum, but I think that it would be good to add these features to the next update. The reason being is that I’d like to use the BLOG template as a “News” section, and add periodic entries to update people about recent things that I’ve been doing without taking them away from the main page. Thanks again.
