could you tell me what you got working? the widget in footer column 2 or the code in footer 4?
i have tested both and neither of them work…no information is making it to mailchimp.
when you use them they ‘look’ like they are working because both give a confirmation message but they have always done that.
the problem is they don’t work with mailchimp, their email isn’t added to my list
i hope that is clearDecember 8, 2015 at 2:46 pm in reply to: mailchimp widget doesn't seem to connect with mailchimp? #233934Are you looking at http://www.Growsum.com
Definitely the neighbourhood theme
Please reply urgently as times ticking

so has that now also fixed the large amount of errors too?I guess you mean here ? (attached screenshot)
let me explain something
i am not looking to do anything special with css or php i’ve no interest in going anywhere near it as i have no experience in either.
i just want to use the theme ‘straight out of the box’ i.e. responsive on all devices.
i downloaded it and immediately it didn’t display correctly on a mobile
so i joined this thread discussing the problem and attempted to add the code that rui your support colleague advised the author of the thread.
i added it to the area in the screenshot and it worked.
but a few days later it then stopped working and the problem reappeareda ‘large amount of errors’ is worrying
can i not just reinstall the theme somehow or you send me what i need to override whatever damage that me pasting that code has created
