Yes, the Spacing at the top is adjusted. The other two issues we’ve asked about repeatedly but have not been solved or answered are:
1. We’d like to use option 3 header from theme options – but we’d like it transparent. There seems to be some sort of bug, it’s not working on option three- the menu is staying white. As of now, we have it set on option 5 so that we can see it as transparent, but it doesn’t look good on mobile. We’d like to use option 3, please help us fix this issue.
2. How do you modify the color settings of the mobile menu? I’ve had some issues changing the lines between the menu items and the hover color. I did some work in custom CSS but nothing seems to be working.

It’s showing up transparent because it’s set on option 5 right now. On option 3 it does not, it shows up as white. We’d like to use option 3, and we will do so once the problem is fixed. Please let me know what to do.

Hi I’ve updated the theme.. no such luck. Same issue- it’s still showing up white.
Also, I really need to resolve the mobile menu issue.. Please let me know.
There is one last concern, the site is loading very slowly. Any suggestions?

HI Mohammed,
As you can see from the attached screen shots, according to the settings, the header should be transparent (just the regular menu, the sticky menu is fine the way it is). Option 3 is supposed to act like options 4 and 5, but it doesn’t- as you can see, it’s still white.

Also, could you please let me know about the mobile menu?

Thank you so much. Unfortunately that doesn’t work for what we need. We’re looking for it to be 100% transparent (like options 4 and 5) and the sticky menu to be 100% opaque (just as in menu 4/5). Option 3 isn’t acting like options 4 & 5. I don’t want to change the sticky menu, we want to change the regular menu. Hope that makes sense.

Hi,
Further to the problem that I wrote earlier I’m hoping you can trouble shoot a related issue.

When looking at the site on the iPad the header position relative to the slide text isn’t quite right… and I figured out why.

When I was changed our header selection, I noticed that I couldn’t get the transparency to work on header option 3 (which according to the transparency setting – it should work for options 3/4/5). So, I selected instead option 5 because for some reason it worked for that option. But with header 5 selected – when you view the website on a smaller screen (I.e iPad), there is a large amount of space between the top of the page and the header (because it’s a floating header option).

So – we need to get the transparency to work with header option 3. As of right now, I have the transparency set to zero but it’s still showing up white…
