Thanks for the support. I do appreciate it. The change did work. The carousel is causing the last, 4th image, to display under the first three. Is there a way to disable the carousel here. I don’t mind if it is there if it doesn’t affect the placing of the images but currently it is. Thanks again.
This reply has been marked as private. The theme is updated and we did not see a change when we disabled plugins either.
Thanks for the updated plugin. I did install that and created the slideshow again. Now it is showing incorrect in Chrome and IE. Firefox is showing it correctly. I checked multiple computers and browsers.
Thanks for the link to review what it is supposed to look like. Is there a setting you can suggest to make our site show only 4 and remove the carousel function there. Thanks.
Our old theme this worked well on all browsers. This theme it is only causing a problem on firefox for some reason. We did check setting for the plug-in and it appears everything is correct. Any suggestions?
The product images are showing incorrectly on only certain product images. We have regenerated thumbnails now. Still see this problem. Below is another example of a product image showing incorrectly in size on multiple browsers. This image in media library shows as 480 x 640. We have three main image sizes on the site for products- 560×420, 480×640, and 640×480. Not sure how they are getting stretched beyond their max size. Any ideas?
We re-sized all of our images to ensure conformity. It is just in IE version 10 that images on the homepage of NEW ARRIVAL products are showing the incorrect size. They are ok in every other browser.
just bumping to further get assistance.
Thx for the response. When I do a search on “chairs” in IE there are products not displaying descriptions in the results still. The search for Lamps did provide results that are showing descriptions.
I did verify the chair products that are not displaying descriptions do have one.
Thanks Melanie. That works on Chrome and Firefox correctly but IE10 is not showing brief text product summaries under some of the pictures like the other browsers are. Any ideas?
Yes still have issues while not in compatibility mode. Using IE version 10.
Thank you. Adding that to the custom css section of the theme worked just fine. It did not work if I added it to my child or original theme css files. FYI. Issue resolved.
sorry for the slow response. The link is http://www.marvasplace.com. Thanks for your support.
By default the shows posts line in single.php is 4 and our site is showing 12. When I change the 4 to any other number it doesn’t seem to recognize it at all. Any other suggestions on this?
