Thanks very much that worked perfectly for the rss social icon, still have an issue with the gibson rss feed images not showing though, that lives in the widgets, sidebar 1.

On my old blog I had the code in the first post written directly into the sidebar.php.

It would then shows an image of the actual gibson guitar along with the heading, in the order heading, image of guitar from feed, date then description, if you could help with getting the images showing that would be great. I do have the child theme activated if that would be any help, many thanks.

Exactly, it seems to be the home page that is causing the issues, the home page has been almost duplicated as home2.

please try the page meta remove top and bottom spacing on the page home2.

Most if not all othe pages seem to work fine???

Yes the plugin is active, I have no clue if it is working or not as I don’t have a shop setup and cannot test it, and to be honest even if I did I don’t know what the plugin is for, what it does, I don’t even know if I will use it, as I will only be selling a few items.

I will update you when I have sorted the shop, now Ed has solved the links not working on iPhones/Android, I can get on with that after a bit of work on my new car.

Hopefully soon, things are starting to slowly get there now.

OK I’ll ask but cannot really test unless I have my shop working.

if it says it’s not there but still works then I suppose it doesn’t matter.

It would be good to get the plug-in working though.

Still the same all I get is 1450 under, category for recent post, on iPhone, iPad, Android, Laptop I’ve not tried my mac yet, but will when I get a chance.

Not sure if we are on the same page here, it is the post links that are not working, specifically the first one, not tried the others yet

if you goto

then click the read more on the first post.
then try the links
All the grey text should lead to other posts, like an index

I just tried this on my daughters Android and its the same.

Thanks for all your help, most appreciated but it’s still showing the same to me, i’ve deleted all my cookies, flushed my DNS, tried IE, Firefox and Safari and they all still show 1450 under the latest post, i’ve even tried on my iPad exaxctly the same, so I’m not sure whats going on but it still does not appear to be fixed, I took a screen shot.

I just tried Safari and most of the recent posts links were correct to I tried firefox again after flushing my DNS ipconfig /flushdns

and all recent posts seem to be working correctly now — apart from the categories links (top left of blog) they still show 1450.

so it seems the links are nearly all working apart from the categories.

I will get back to you, I need to sort my car out, some stupid woman wrote it off.

it’s fairly straight forward.

If you click on the RSS feed social icon from the home page, it works as it should and displays the last 10 posts. try it, there is your screen shot

The actual link from teh social icon is http://scaleviz.co.uk/?feed=rss2

If you try and click it from any other location like the blog, the folder structure gets appended to the link and messes the link up, here is the link from the rss social icon from the blog page, again there is yout screen shot

it will also do the same from any location on the site, the only page that works is the home page http://scaleviz.co.uk/

No issues still as post one, the first page of the blog shows the correct link, category or recent post shows 1450, see first post and image atttachment on third post.

And as mentioned links are not working on the iPhone check here:

However the newws slider now works I turned on something to do with animate on mobile and this fixed the issue, all I need to do now is get it in the middle (on the iPhone, iPad, PC and Mac are fine).

Would be great if the links were working though.
