Also if that is the option you are referring to, it is not enabled???

Here go read the documentation, or help me please I thought that was the point of this forum:

    Swift Slider

I have attached a picture just for you, and do excuse me if I seem a bit rude, I have post-concussion syndrome as some bitch wrote off my car and my brain is temoparily screwed up big time, so can you show me, or tell me where this option is.

    Thanks
    Shane

Kyle if you are talking about the slider options on the actual page the slider is displayed there is a tick box that says Swift Slider Continue, however underneath the tick box it says:

“Choose if you would like to display the continue button on Curtain slider type to progress to the content. If you want to only display the slider on the page, and no content, then make sure you set this to NO.”

I am not using a curtain slider I am using a standard slider.

I also have other stuff on the page which I obvioulsy do want displayed, or I would not have put it there.

    Thanks

Thats still not very helpful, where exactly is this mystery option, I’ve looked in the sliders, the theme options, and I was not expecting to waste so much time on such a simple question, so…

can you take a screen shot or explain how to get there, I can’t see any slider options, it would be helpful and save all these posts if you would answer the question properly the first time, I cannot see a ‘Enable continue down button’ anywhere…

Kyle, Kyle, Kyle, come on play the game…

    Hi Rui

I’m closing this thread now, not sure what the hell is going on, but I ony had 400MB free on my phone so I thought I’d delete some stuff, now got 1.1 gig and all works fine again, not sure whats gonna happen tomorrow, but the site works on my misses phone (iPhone 4), so it must have been my phone, anyway.

    Thanks

…and Rui your not gonna beleive this, but the images on the iPhone for the front page, 2nd swift slider down from header, (interface demo) now seem so be working too well, they are tiny is there anything I can do about this, I prefered them when they were proper size, everything was nicley in line now its all over the place, ipad & desktop are fine.

    bloody computers

    thanks

    Hi Rui

So weird, even though the image paths were there, they were showing as blank, I’ve deleted them and re-added them from the CDN, iPhone front page not loading now.

Can you confirm if a mobile device loads a smaller image or the same image, there are lot of cut down images, although none from the blog are being used.

I don’t know whats going on.

    Thanks

    Hi Rui

All Links work straight from the cdn

    http://cdn.scaleviz.co.uk/today.jpg

    http://cdn.scaleviz.co.uk/today-600×450.jpg

    Nothing wrong with CDN

Also front page working, I can see the links served

& cloudfront is deployed now, all I did was unrestrict images direct from S3, so that would make no difference anyway.

Surely the theme should load the appropriate sized image dependant on device??? or not??? can you enlighten me.

    Thanks
    Shane

    Hi Rui

I turned that off on purpose as I did not want massive file names, gone from my desktop as well now, but the distribution is still in progress.

It was all working fine, nothing has changed, thats the strange thing.

    Thanks

    Hi Rui

I just checked my bucket and cloudfront and can see that the images from the front page are loading even for the iPhone and iPad, so it looks like there is nothing wrong with my CDN.

Any other ideas, I’ve laso just unrestricted my bucket access, it is in progress at the moment though so, probably not serving any images at the moment.

    Thanks

    Hi Rui

Ok I can do that but that means all images including the front end images will be loading from nowhere, maybe my bucket policy.

OK thanks, weird though cause even if I clear all my cache, they are still there.

I’ll get onto Amazon and see what they say.

    Thanks

Yep thanks for checking for me Ed

    Thanks Kyle

And Thanks for the top & Bottom fix Rui.

It’s working again now, marked as resolved, apologies, seems like I been working on this for so long now, and I’m overlooking everything , no Apps done, just want to get this migration finished, nearly there.

    Thanks guys
    Shane
