Ah ok, I see what you mean. I will open a support ticket with WooCommerce.
someone else provided me with the solution. It was:
Please check your Theme Options – Header Options
Make sure you don’t have mobile translation enabled in theme options if you aren’t using WPML.Hold on a second, that does not make sense and I do not accept that answer. Even when all plugins are disabled and only woocommerce and neighborhood are used, the problem still exists. No customizations have been made. Therefore this is 100% within the scope of support.
You noticed that the name of the WooCommerce plugin has been shortened. This was done by me using the “Admin menu editor” plugin. I have deactivated this plugin so that you can see the WooCommerce menu name has gone back to normal. The bug that we are talking about issue exists with or without that plugin.
Please take time to look into the root of this issue. Even when all plugins are disabled and only woocommerce and neighborhood are used, the problem still exists. No customizations have been made. Therefore this is 100% within the scope of support.
No. I am not an advanced user and do not go in and modify code. I do install and configure plugins, but even when disabling all plugins the bug persists.
Can you escalate this this bug report? It is urgent because it is delaying my ability to start selling service. I am a new customer and purchased your product because I expected it to be fully functional. I planned to be live and selling online by today. Everything else on the site works ok, but I can’t view/edit products so it is a major issue.
Interestingly enough, I CAN see the products if I go the WP admin page on my iPhone. I can’t do much work on that small of a screen but at least I can see that the products exist. This appears to be a rendering issue specific to the desktop version. I have tried in both Safari, FireFox, and Chrome and all three do not display the product names.
I disabled all plugins except for WooCommerce and it did not make a difference. The Products pages looks the same.
I do not have a Swift Framework plugin to disable.
Can someone please help me fix this?
This reply has been marked as private. The code that you provided removed the extra white space. Thank you!
Just to clarify my wording, the white space is on the top of very Post (but also on Pages)
Where I can find the “Page Meta” tab that you are referencing? In Theme Options I can see Default Meta Options but that is not the same screen.
Brilliant! Thank you.
Thank you for the quick reply. How do I “Add the code below to your custom css option”?
What I mean is, where can find the place to enter this in WordPress?
