I’m not entirely sure either I guess. Just trying to get the results to show up in the normal product layout.
Thanks. That looks better but it’s still not lining up beside the aside as it should.
I had the same issue. This solution did the trick for me:
http://support.swiftideas.net/forums/topic/searcharchive-pages-not-woocommerce-compliant/I am once again having this issue. I have uploaded the file with no luck. Is there something I have to do after I upload the updated .po file?
I changed out this code and used the Search Everything plugin and it actually seems to work. It searches products. However, if there is only one product as a result, it takes you right onto the product details page. Any way to fix?
Example to be fixed: http://springrates.com/?s=e90&post_type=product
Working example: http://springrates.com/?s=s2000&post_type=productSo installing that will change the default search in the navigation bar?
So this is now two months later– any updates?
The solution above is for product titles. How can the search look for anything such as attributes, categories, titles, etc? Also, where does that code get placed?
So what was the solution?
Thanks, Ed. I just sent you an email through the contact form on the link you provided.
That option somewhat works, however, there are still many instances in the markup that show …/wp-themes/neighborhood/…
I wasn’t aware the child theme directory could be different than ________-child. What else (if anything) needs to be done other than renaming the child theme directory to make sure it works properly?
Thanks for the great support, Kyle!
I have three products right now that are hidden, however, you can see on the homepage that the widget it showing three blank products.
It should not be leaving space for those three hidden products and should just show the next three products that are not hidden.
Thanks– but I want the product to basically live as a page, but not be listed in the products for people to access. So how can I hide it properly?
