No, I did not resolve the issue.
As I said in my first post the only way at present seems to be to use an image.
But how can I show an icon, text or something else directly without having to save as an image?

Hi,

That URL should work (it might now have been visible when not logged in due to maintenance mode).

For the page I have now created an image of the icon, but if there is a better workaround for the future it would be helpful.

The page http://biopinio.de/?portfolio=biopinio-preistest has a $ image. However, I would like to use a € icon like it is shown near the top of the portfolio page itself without first having to create an image.

Is there a quick way to do this?

Yes, the cache is cleared and still it shows the bar.

See the “Ähnliche Projekte” area.

Side question: where would I change the title of “Ähnliche Projekte”?

It was indeed a plugin conflict with a pre-existing icon plugin. (Font Awesome Icons plugin)

In the menu “Shortcodes” there is a specific submenu item “Icon Boxes” with exammples.

However, on my site the icons do not show up.
