    hi kyle – i tried to use css but can’t seem to get it to work – shows up blank

    .menu > li.shopping-bag-item a > i.sf-cart, .mobile-cart-link i.sf-cart {
    background: url(“uploads/2014/07/picnic2_32x32.png”) no-repeat scroll left top rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
    nav .menu li {
    margin: 0;
    }
    http://digitaldevotee.com/dinosauro/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/picnic2_32x32.png

    any tips on icon size of icon etc?

    thanks kyle – i activated the child theme, edited those lines so that all three say 800 and added the revised sf-portfolio.php to the child’s folder by ftp, then regenerated all the thumbnails. however, the portfolio thumbnail still appear rectangular instead of square. what else should i do? cheers!

    nope – this is my total custom css and i am not using child theme and have not already parent theme.

    oops and part 3…i notice that in the persistent mini-menu (used when you scroll down the page), the menu links are at the top, and the Cart, Wishlist, and Search are at the bottom making the mini-menu quite large.

    thanks – worked perfectly. part 2 of the question is i realize now there is an unusually large gap between the header and the title bar or other content just beneath it? any way to tighten that up? i have already got the margins for header top+bottom = 0.
