Addtional to the above, the server is running php version 5.4.
I’m experiencing this with Firefox also. I get a grey screen with only the rev slider showing up.
I’ve deactivated all plugins and switched themes and can confirm that issue is caused by the Neighborhood theme.
I’m running the latest version of WordPress, WooCommerce & the Neighborhood theme.
In Firefox, the wf-loading class is staying applied to the html tag constantly. I notice in other browsers in which the theme works the wf-loading class is not there, instead there is a wf-active class. The wf-active class is not apparent is Firefox. When I remove the wf-loading class the theme displays the way it should.
It appears you have an error in your js or php that isn’t removing the wf-loading class from firefox properly.
The version of Firefox i am using is 43.04, across both pc and mac.

Rui, Ed has already replied to this.
Thanks for looking after it guys.
Thanks Ed, much appreciated mate.
Is that theme version you’ve linked to version 3.03?
I ask because I’m being prompted to automatically update to 3.03 (from 3.02) through my dashboard and I’m wondering whether this will resolve the issue? I don’t see any mention of the issue being resolved in 3.03 in the changelog.
Cheers,
HenryI’ve tested it multiple times, it works. I wouldn’t supply it to you if it wasn’t correct.
This is terrible, every time you do this to me I fall another twelve hours behind schedule on this project.
Have you read the details I supplied properly? The site is protected by htaccess rules, this is the first provided login (this login appears as a pop up). The user name & password are the same for this.
The wp login url is a custom url, which has been supplied.
Are you not copying and pasting the wp password correctly? It starts with a : and ends with a s
Why cant you troubleshoot this on a local install anyway? As has been the case with my other support requests, it’s got nothing to do with the specifics of my site – it’s an inherent issue in the theme.
This is a common WP themeing issue. Details on it here, here, here & here.
This is the last theme issue I need to iron out before the site is made live. Because of all this unnecessary back and forth I’m now really, really far behind schedule. Not good.
It is, and always has been, working. Try again.
Sorry, I’m not following.
I haven’t yet included this in my child theme.
To do so I’d need the exact function that I’m required to use – as I understand it, the function provided above requires some amendments before it will work properly?
This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private. But David mentioned you’d include it in the future?
If you are choosing to renege on that, could you supply me with the exact function to achieve it?
Was this functionality included with the latest update?
Thanks. I can confirm it’s resolved with the latest update.
Thanks Ed. I can confirm that this has been resolved with the latest update.
