The theme has been upgraded many times already, and I thought it was already latest version – how can you confirm it is old?

just did that mate and it change background colour – I would like the image to be used behind the text (where slider should go) on STORE type – not the actual background colour

any other tips?

Do you have a copy of that file as when I looked there was a file in the location provided (wp-content/uploads/2013/06/ff_rp_bkg2.png) though perhaps its the wrong file?

The first question works well (hide sku)

Though could you explain the child theme – I have installed and activated the neighbourhood-child theme and looked for a functions.php – there wasn’t one, so I created a file in the directory and posted the code – this resulted in syntax errors, so I encapsulated it in <?php ?> but it still failed.

Please let me know what the contents for the functions.php and I will amend
