and thank you, the new theme is much better, but I need some help to adjust it,
1. how do I get rid of the borders in the header (e.g. between wishlist and account, between logo and menu)?
2. why does the quickview plugin doesn’t work on the shop page? (how can I get it next to the wishlist button; like it is on your preview)
3. how can I change the color of the newsletter sending button in the footer?
4. where is the option to change the product picture by hover?

Im having problems with your theme for more than 5 weeks now and tried out a lot to fix these problems, lost a lot of time and money and asked you very polite, if you can send us an other theme, because this one is note working out for me and you are denying this? I’m not a programmer or coder, thats why I bought your theme, so I won’t have problems, but the only things I really have are problems.
I don’t know what the problem is, but I tried to turn of the plugin and people were complaining as well. I don’t think its an host problem either, because a friend of mine uses the sam host and had no problems at all.
no, because sometimes they had problems and the next day they could order without any problems. I tried it as well and everything went fine, but really a lot of people had these problems and I’m sure, not everyone with these problems told us about it.

I don’t know much, but many customers are complaining, they used different browser and different devices…
yes sometimes everything is going well, but I can send you at least 5 mails from people, who are complaining about the same issue.
Please send us an other theme for example atelier.

yes the plugin is activated, because the page is very slow if the plugin is deactivated.
the last days we had a lot of potential customers, who weren’t able to purchase because the page won’t stop loading at the payment/checkout, at least 30 people wrote us that they couldn’t purchase. would it be possible, that you can send us an other theme for example atelier provides a .mo file, right?I deactivated wpml and activated it again, now the page works fine, because wpml isn’t working anymore. Now translation via .mo file is activated although there is no .mo file for german language available. When I activate translation via wpml again the page is a lot slower and everything breaks – the pictures on the single product pages are all over the place and you can’t shop anymore or the product is not even found anymore. I had to pay the theme and wpml because you don’t provide a .mo file and now it doesn’t work at all.
Do you have any solutions?I just tried your settings, but it didn’t worked at all.
Now i tried to disable the maintenance mode but it doesn’t work.the next problem is that the wishlist is not working… if you click on “zu deiner wunschliste” nothing happens or it just loads the same page again.
okay, sorry, but you recommended it in the comments on envato…

You must be logged in to view attached files.This reply has been marked as private.no thats not the problem… i just changed to the parent theme again tried it- it didn’t worked. Furthermore I uploaded the style.css again and its still the same problem.
If the theme is not working till Friday,12th June, please send me my money back or give me a coupon for an other theme.
