My setting is light grey, right now the preloader bg color is dark grey.
It works well in parent theme, but if we switch to child theme, don;t know why it turn to dark

Hi Mohammad,

it fixed. The problem may be came from my setting of page rules in Cloudflare.
I wanna ask should I Purge Cache everytime in Cloudflare if I have edit anything?
I just disable the home preloader and Purge Cache, but the preloader still there.
Also, May I know the code of the background color of preloader page?

Thank you for your reply. After updated both plugin and theme, the parent theme now in the same situation. 🙁
Both of them, they slide and featured product aren’t shown.

Which bugs you mean? Are you talking about both Hero / Content Split page and Review section for Product page?
I don’t think so. Can you help me to figure it out??

You still didn’t answer my media upload problem. I have asked this question in my previous topic but you guys skipped it too.
It’s so annoying that I need to switch the theme all the time when I need to upload anything.

I just found that review section on the product page have the same problem too.

I have switched to child theme already. But one question is about the footer setting now its disappear.
My footer is use shortcodes and HTML within the Footer widget area.
I have already select all the selection in theme option panels but its still need me to do it.

After updated, everything we did it before was gone, the changed order of product description and the accordions.
I would like to know if there anything that get it back? We can’t afford to waste anything to redo it again. Please help me to get it back.
