    Hey David, I understand you guy did that in parent theme and it success. But we want it to be happen in the child theme. Can it be done? The reason we want to do it this way is because we don’t to do the customisation to the parent theme all over again whenever you guys launch an update. We ran into that situation before and its very ignoring. That’s why we want to keep all the customisation done in the child theme.

    Hi David,

    I don’t think it caused by the Custom CSS. I tried to remove all code from Custom CSS, Problems still there!
    And I saw your team deactivate all the plugins to test it too, and it prove that it isn’t caused by the plugin as well.
    Seems you fix those issue on the gif, it’s because your team switch the theme to Parent theme.

    Finally, I use ONE MONTH to update the woocommerce to 2.52 but none of the responsive bug on cart and checkout page have solved!!!!!!
    HOW COME!? I really don’t have any patience on that.
    Could you please take a look on it!?

    I have updated to latest version of woocommerce and theme on my staging site.

    And I don’t think it related define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);
    My currently setting is define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’);
    I have enabled the WP_DEBUG.

    WP_DEBUG show us below message.

    I really wanna know all my responsive bug both can fix if I updated to Woocommerce 2.5 successfully?!
    Those responsive bugs exist for a long time. I don’t think they are related.
    I have opened this topic one month ago but nothing solved.

    What Atelier version are you using? 1.9.5
    What version of WooCommerce are you using? 2.4.12
    Sorry, I cannot updated to 2.5 since my backend and frontend are become blank page after updated it. (I have asked Wootheme for help but still got no answer.)

    Hi,

    One more thing, I just found that my review part (STAR)on product page have bug too.
    Did one of your developer helped me to updated the theme? coz I have restored it after I tried to updated it.

    Hi,

    Only the first CSS can help.
    Thats mean it just solve the “Shipping Calculator” part.

    For the CART page,
    The responsive on “Apply Coupon” and “Updated Cart” are still not responsive.

    For the Checkout page,
    None of them are solve. The CSS you gave me last time isn’t work.
    For the large gap at the top, I have tried the method on another post but it doesn’t work on my site too.

    You may see the attached image, except the large gap at the top, both of them are broken by the responsive are not working well.

    I am sorry to bother you so many times. It’s because 80% customers are using mobile devices to checkout. It’s so messy right now on mobile. Please advise. Thanks.

    It totally not work. I have add define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’); on wp-config.php. My font changed to some unknown font.
    If I updated Woocommerce. It turn to blank (all white) page on my fontend and backend.

    Please kindly help. My checkout and cart page are really messy on small screen size!

    Hi Mohammad,

    We have updated the theme. But for the plugins, we cannot updated the woocommerce to 2.5.1 at this moment since it occur error 500 when I test it on my staging site.

    Could you please help me to fix the above problem.
    We are using the Child theme and tried switch to parent theme to test it.
    We found that everything work well on parent theme except the space of “Return to the cart” and the “Checkout” doesn’t centred.
