Thank you. I forwarded that on to them.
David, the server guys seem confused about your screen shot. They said:
Could you please provide me with path to the log file for the screenshot you provided? Also please describe how we can reproduce this issue from our side.
Rui, thanks for responding. It would just be nice to find someone who is familiar with Atelier…
Yes, I will. I don’t know what that means, but hopefully they will…
OK, I think I understand.
Do any of you free lance? I need to find someone trustworthy who can check our code and see if they can find what is happening… I am willing to pay for tech assistance but am also on a limited budget. Let me know if anyone there is available and able to help problem solve what is going on…
Yay! That worked. Thank you!!
Now, if you can at least explain something to me… I deleted the Atelier theme and loaded a new copy and updated it. I also deleted the marketplace plugin and uploaded a new one. But, I didn’t touch the Child Theme. Can the child theme break or become corrupted? I didn’t want to lose all of our settings… When you load a new theme, does child theme automatically update to that? I just don’t really understand how the code works between the two.
The marketplace plugin was working with atelier just fine, so something has happened to cause these problems. It’s been a week now that our members can’t access their shops… Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I don’t expect you to check the marketplace plugin. I just wanted you to take a look and see if you can find anything that might be corrupted in the child theme. Your expert eyes might see something that is off very quickly…
I still also need to know how to get rid of the extra sidebar in the event pages:
http://artizanmade.com/artizan-event/anyday-hats-dare-to-imagine-seattle-show-with-heather-daveno/1478858400/You must have fixed it as the home page is back to how it was before. 🙂
Thank you!
Great! That worked and looks much better. Appreciated!
Hmmm… it didn’t do anything. Check the images at the top of this post: http://artizanmade.com/handmade-hat-history-style/
They are all stuck to each other….
This reply has been marked as private.David, the setting was turned to OFF, so I set it to ON and it corrected the columns. However, the images have no spacing between them. Is there a CSS code that I can add to make the gallery columns have some space between them?

I don’t see a link to your screencast.
But, your solution doesn’t seem practical as we have a marketplace and people are going to continue to load hundreds of images, maybe even thousands and they will be all different sizes. I have told them that 1200 pixels square is our ideal size, but they will do what they will do. Some don’t have good editing skills, while others will just want to show the full piece in whatever size they choose. That means that the display needs to re-size these things automatically. It would not make sense for me to even try to rebuild or control the images other people are going to load.
The banner issue again: I have set up different categories for the slides and assign them to different pages. I have one set for the home page and another for the shop area (our market). The shop category displays fine on our shop landing page, but as you explore the shop categories, the banners at the top of all the other pages are using the Home page category. How can this be fixed?
Thank you! He seemed to know what that means… (I don’t 🙂 )
And, I was also pleased to see that comments are now possible on the portfolio pages. Thank you so much! How can I assign that to all of them without having to go into each portfolio to change the setting? (We have over 70 of them.)
I am having problems with some of the woocommerce images not cropping to a square, which is the setting I chose.
Example: There is a listing called “The Loaded Trunk – World Cultures Bowl” on this page: http://artizanmade.com/product-category/materials/wood/ It’s at the bottom of the page right now. The top image is horizontal and the second image is showing in the background. This makes the title go out of synch. Here is another: “Woven Dog Food Paper Bracelet, ‘Angler’, Medium $38.00” on http://artizanmade.com/product-category/to-wear/jewelry-to-wear/bracelets/
Finally, I assigned the Swift banners to different pages and have a set for the Market: http://artizanmade.com/market/ The shop pages (all pages using woocommerce) are pulling from the Home page set. How do I assign those pages to a certain set?
There are still a lot of settings that I don’t understand, but am coming along… Thank you!
