Oh forgot to say. I tried to put the full URL in the menu instead (like http://tinecoco.com/jouet-peluche-accueil#Quinoussommes).

But what it does is it reload the page each time if you want to go to another section, even if you are on the same page.

EX: I click on PRIX & LIVRAISON, then on QUI NOUS SOMMES, it reloads the page and it takes some time, instead of just “scrolling up” when I only used the # instead of the full URL.

Mmm, does not work. Goes too far again.

It created another bug that was fixed yesterday with the main menu. Now when I click on the main menu, it goes to the right place, and one second later, it goes down too far. It does not stay at the right place.

Now I just need to fix the deep links problem (same issue, going too far down). I posted it in another forum post.

OK. I have replaced the file function.js going through the cPanel. I can’t validate if it works as the page is not loading anymore. See screenshots.

I will try my best, but I’m still super new at this.

In terms of caching plugins, I’m not sure where I should look.I went in the installed plugins and can’t see anything related to caching. See screenshot.

Did the update. Still not working. Always goes a bit too low for each link in the menu.

I create an row, with the answer to the first question. I then create a link for the first question to #dessin1. It sill goes too far below (it links to the gallery). Not sure what I’m doing wrong here.

I have found my own answer in the Page Header Type option.
