Dear Mohammad,
That’s strange. I added a link in my previous post but I noticed it didn’t show up.
The url is http://www.quiffsandcollars.com. On the homepage scroll a bit down until the “uitgelicht” area. The issue occurs in the grey box next to the thumbnail.
Best regards,

No problem! Such things can happen.
A theme zip is not needed, I can wait until the next update. Thanks for the great service!Best regards,

I just updated to version 2.3.0 and the issue hasn’t been resolved yet.
Any idea when it will be fixed? The impact is quite large.Best regards,
PeterDear David,
The CSS you suggested did not work because I don’t think it’s the search dropdown wrapper that’s jumping. It seems that the entire menu bar is shifting upward slightly when I scroll down. In fact, the search dropdown doesn’t react at all to the scrolling which is good.
P.s. The demo Atelier site has exactly the same issue as I have.
Best regards,
PeterThat’s strange. I can recreate the issue easily in any browser (on a MacBook Pro).
To ensure we’re talking about the same issue I made a screen record in Firefox:
http://sendvid.com/l1yponrvCheck the purple 2px border jumping slightly to the top when I start scrolling.
I believe this happens on all pages.
Check the homepage: http://www.quiffsandcollars.comAugust 10, 2016 at 7:38 pm in reply to: Default Hero heading background image not showing anymore #286877Unfortunately that didn’t work.
The main Atelier theme shows no default headers either, even after a cache flush. It removes the easing animation but still results in the text in the image banners jumping from vertical top to vertical center.
Retested with a cleared history/cache and also in another browser.Dear Rui,
A placeholder used to be shown when an image element was added in the pagebuilder without assigning a specific image. Like this:
I am aware the thumbnail from the blog is a different thing. The thumbnail I’m talking about however did used the same default placeholder image (default-thumb.png).
If you state that an empty image element never showed a placeholder I can’t explain why it did used to show in my interface.
I haven’t changed anything in the back-end.Best regards,
PeterThanks!
I hope there will be a solution since the thumbnails helped mocking up the content of the page.Even a standard PB image element used to show a placeholder thumbnail. After the update it’s gone so perhaps that’s why?
I had to recreate in Photoshop but it used to look like this:(I created my own default thumbnail but used the original image filename and location/path)
This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private.I’m planning to optimize images but the images themselves are not animated.
It’s the content (white text) within the image banner that’s animating from top to center. The category banners right below the big image at the top show exactly what I mean.
When the page loads the white titles start somewhat at the bottom and as soon as I scroll or the page loads they slide down to the vertical center. -
