Now it’s gone worst. Atelier Demo Site is what I tried to import, but it had imported other demo site instead and now I can not do anything because it’s not Atelier site. 🙁

My host just said they can not do it….. I am so hopeless now. Just bought your theme last night from a friend of mine who’s using for Très Bien. I know it’s not your expertise, but any chance you could really help me here…. I literally got no one to help here.

Now if you log in to my wp-admin and activate your theme. You’ll know that it’ll get the error again. Please help, this has been very frustrating the whole day.

If you are looking at what happened here, there’s nothing to do with my host.

It said because your theme asked to install so many plug-ins.

Hi Kyle,

I’ve read the issue. One thing I don’t understand is why this is happening right after I installed your theme. I’ll remove WordPress application for my hosting server now. Will you be able to log in to my account and re-install your theme for me please? Please use the same username and password.

There’s something about plug in which I couldn’t access to my WP dashboard. It was fine until I installed your theme. So can you please try to help me?

My host said “The database was not updated correctly in the wordpress configuration file.” Can you please log in to my account and help me?
