I have also just discovered this disappointing limitation also…
I hope it’s on the bugs list and will be fixed in an update at some point….

Hi David,
Thanks for your reply.
I can always hide the portfolio widget in the sidebar…
Just to be sure: Is it not possible even for the Portfolio Item Title to link to an external URL?
Or is my only option (without hiring a developer) to turn off the portfolio title?

Thank you Kyle that worked…
Just one small concern. I had to make the edit to the date theme in wp-content/themes/dante/includes/
Will this update be overwritten every time the theme gets updated? Is there a way I can make this edit to the my child theme to ensure it is not overwritten by updates?

Hi kyle,
I have already set the Thumbnail Meta Options to link to an Extrnale URL.
http://lazydaystest.lazydays.ie/our-campers/
The main Portfolio picture now links to my external URL but the Portfolio Item Title still links to the portfolio page – I need all links to go to my external link. Is this possible?
Also when I include the portfolio widget in my sidebar (e.g.: http://lazydaystest.lazydays.ie/blog/) the thumbnails link to the portfolio page – in this instance I also need the thumbnails to link to my external link. Is this possible?
I have external product & booking pages so this is essential to the page flow for my site!

My profile/accont was already verified and I have had topics replied to before, so why now do you need verification again?
