Hey David, sorry about not having access. We were making some changes on the server – you should have access again now.
I’ve inputted the custom CSS, cleared my cache and the problem remains.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
October 18, 2016 at 5:33 pm in reply to: Can I create an "Add to Cart" button that adds a product to the cart on click? #297263I’m a bit confused. I added that bit to my button like so, but no luck.
[sf_button colour="black" add_to_cart_url id="16276" type="bordered" size="standard" target="_self" icon="" dropshadow="no" rounded="yes" extraclass=""]$29 - Add to Cart[/sf_button]
Or maybe I misunderstood what you intended?
Thanks Rui, but that will not work.
We’ve noticed a bug where our product image disappears completely if we switch the thumbs from below to side. See: http://www.swiftideas.com/forums/topic/product-page-main-images-not-showing/
If we want to use a landscape orientation image instead of a portrait, via which settings/method do we do that?
This is the very last issue we need resolved before launching so are very eager to get it resolved.
Thank you!
That is correct.
Unfortunately we were really hoping to use the left thumbnails for our page. But each time I turn it on the images disappear.

Is there any way to change the text of these buttons (ie: $29 – Add to Cart) ?
That did the trick! Thanks so much David.
Correct. No core edits.
Are we safe to go ahead and turn the plugins and child theme back on?
Hey David,
I just noticed that if I switch the product page thumbnails from ‘bottom’ to ‘left’ in Theme Options -> Product Options, the problem returns. Luckily, it goes away if I switch back.
Might this be a bug?
Thanks David!
It is working on our end now as well. However, we would like to use a child theme so that we can take advantage of theme updates. Is it safe to re-activate it and the other plugins?
An updated reply from my host regarding caching:
“We have a server-side cache that is a Varnish installation, with a configuration we’ve designed for WordPress. We then install a file at /wp-content/mu-plugins/lb-mu.php that automates purging of the Varnish cache.”
This reply has been marked as private.Hi David, I contacted our host and this was their reply:
The site is running PHP 5.6 – PHP 7 is an option, although I’ve never seen an instance where switching to 7 fixes a problem, as basically everything is still being designed for the 5.x versions. ImageMagick is installed.
Thanks David.
Everything except SF and Woo is now deactivated.
Thanks Kyle.
I tried deactivating one by one and it didn’t fix the issue.
Worth noting: I updated to wordpress 4.6.1 just before this issue started. It is possible that caused it (and rolling back to a previous wp version could fix it)?
Please let me know what to try next. We are very eager to fix this and launch the site.
Thank you,
