@Mohammad.
Hi M.
The map loads, but my markers have disappeared…Any ideas?
Soren J.
@Mohammad.
In Uplift that specific string isn’t there.
I’ve got:if ( $page_has_map ) {
wp_enqueue_script(‘google-maps’, ‘//maps.google.com/maps/api/js’, ‘jquery’, NULL, TRUE);
}How and what to change (again – Uplift Theme)?
And a second question: Will changes be overwritten on the next theme update?Thanks :o)
Soren.
@Mohammad
I’m in the same situation with some of our sites.
I’ve researched this issue, and it seems that Google, from today and going forward, requires API keys to maps in general.Please provide the “generic” solution.
Thanks :o)
Great!

Will review site again.You can close the ticket (I’ll reopen if I find ‘weirdness’).
Thank you.
@Mohammad.
Hi Moham.
Sorry, but I need you to reopen this ticket, cause the issue persists.
Just did a review of the entire site in Incognito – and as you can see by the attached screenshots, the Theme doesn’t hide the “mobile only” when viewing the site from Ipad…Please advise.
Thank you.

Thank you very much :o)Hi again.
So just to be absolutely certain.
Do you recommend spb-sections (with alternate menu) for Desktop or for Mobile?Thanks.
Hi Mohammad.
Yes, that did the trick, but unfortunately raised another issue…
Now the menu is ‘floating’ when scrolling.Please see video attached.

We haven’t chosen the mobile menu, since we’re utilising a submenu (see screenshot attached).
The setup is as follows.
– There’s a primary menu sitewide.
– When choosing any item from the primary menu, all pages you end up at has an alternate menu.This works on desktops, but on mobile/tablet the primary menu disappears on subpages.
The theme overrides mobile menu sitewide on subpages, so users on mobile and tablet can only see the alternate menu, which prevents them from seeing and therefore going back to the main menu…
Does this makes sense to you?

@Mohammad.
Sorry, but you need to tell me exactly what to replace.
I’m not a developer, so asking me to replace “something” is a guaranteed mess :o)Thanks.
