Please deactivate the plugins which you installed apart from which came with the theme and try to see if the menu drop-down works.
Then activate one by one to find the problematic plugin.
Check the page now
How I did it?
I opened the shop page and then clicked on Swift Page Builder. Then, I clicked on Choose Elements and selected the Products element. Then, updated the page.

Try to deactivate plugins which came apart from the one which came with theme and check if the video displays.

Unfortunately, we cannot assist you more on that as it is out of the scope of theme support. All the permalinks structure is controlled in WordPress permalinks area as Mohammad said.
Okay, the issue has been traced.
It is not working because you are using Cyrillic characters in your portfolio slug. Use normal characters and the filter should work flawlessly.
Check, I have added two sample categories to test and they work fine.

You can do as advised by Rui above. We can just give you the right directions how to do it as it is a major customization work than a small customization.
