Same problem here. You click it, it moves, but no dialog comes up.
Yes. However, you’ll see that the image problem only appears in new posts, not older ones. And no custom CSS designating image size in posts.

I’m also on a Mac. Weird, right? I’m not seeing it on Windows Firefox using Parallels.
