Well, this time it was alarmingly easy. I got someone who knew his stuff. Which happens about 50% of the time with these guys.
Apparently the site hadn’t been updated to PHP 5.6. So for those running into this issue with no clear solutions, that may be the problem.
Thanks for the help!
Even though the issue ONLY happens with theme options? And with no other area of the site?
Please understand. You guys are SO much more competent and responsive than them. I’m not even convinced they can figure anything out.
This reply has been marked as private.I couldn’t. Do you need me to post again?
Oops, meant to make that private. Can you do that?
Yes, I know. It’s why I provided it when I posted. In that special section. Do you have access to that?
I am also having this problem. I’ve tried the above fixes to no avail.
This reply has been marked as private.I’m not sure this is accurate. Photos uploaded from my phone are all shot and loaded the same way, yet the image sizes vary on your site (if not on Instagram). Is it possible something else is going on?
Well, I’m not sure how to deal with that. It never used to be an issue with your site – you’d just expand and/or crop as needed. But something changed recently and now it’s all but unusable. Is there any code to get the old way back?
How do I change that setting? I keep my nav bar pretty tight.
Thanks. But it’s still squished. The width should be 366 where I set the height, but the logo space is too small for that.
Ding, ding, ding! That was fun. Thanks!
It’s already set up that way. No dice.
LOL. Don’t mean top bar either. I’m using font awesome icons, not social icons, at the bottom of the page. Under “stay in touch” in pink.
