These worked:
.sidebar .widget-heading h4{min-height:42px;margin-bottom:15px;}
h3.spb-heading{min-height:42px;margin-bottom:15px;}Thank you!
Unfortunately, that didn’t do it.
This reply has been marked as private.I’m having this problem, but adding the code doesn’t seem to help. Help? TYVM. See attached.
1. I’m an absolute moron.
2. It’s not gone, actually. I just removed a dark background that was there and made it white. But don’t worry about it now.
3. Damn! Any plans to make that possible?
4. Yeah. I removed the WP code that created it.
Thanks for the help! Sorry to be such an idiot!
And since I’m baffled by things, my home page (not linked from site yet) has a comments section at the bottom of it. I’ve removed it from the screen options, but it’s still there. To create the page, I copied the text from One Page Wonder. Was that a mistake?
Sorry to be such a pain!
Also, is there a way to rig it so the Team element doesn’t require two columns? For my site, there’s just me. Thanks!
Oh, for the love. Nevermind. It was some code I’d added to functions.php that I forgot about. So sorry about wasting your time. Thank you for the help!
I do not see it in Safari, for the record.
Here’s what it looks like on Firefox. The green highlight at the top. Are you on a Mac, too?
Hey, I just figured out the background issue! Yay! But there seems to be a line or 1px space between the background and the arrow. Ideas?
Also still having the margin problem.
They work, but the styles are not showing up when I choose them. For instance, on that About page, “You are now entering the TMI portion of this page. Proceed with caution.” is in the A10 style, but it’s not showing up that way. I feel like there’s some setting I’m missing maybe?
Also, that top 30px margin issue. You should be able to see it now when you scroll. Your demo site doesn’t do it for me, but mine does. Firefox on Mac OSX.
Browser: Firefox on Mac OSX (not Maverick yet).
Figured out the page setup. Sorry for being an idiot there. But once I did that, I discovered a new problem. Am now setting up About page and modifying templates. But for some reason, not of the full width text box styles are working.
I took it out of maintenance mode, so you should be able to see the blog posts now.
Thank you so much for your help. Still cannot get over this theme!!
And while I’m having trouble, a few more issues:
1. I want to have a sidebar for blog posts, but not pages. How do I do that?
2. I’ve chosen the “one author” setting, but it’s not removing my name from each post. Why might that be?
Thanks!
