I got the cart to show up, but the menu is not part of the slideout menu. ONly my sidebar menus are showing up.

Thanks! Is there a way to show categories only on the main shop page and products on all other shop pages or am I “stuck” with subcategories showing up on all parent pages – until I get to the lowest child?

Yes, got the message that the username was not valid.

Renamed theme via ftp and got locked out of site for a few minutes.
