February 2, 2015 at 2:53 pm in reply to: Parallax backgrounds no longer working in Google Chrome #146363Sorry…to clarify, if I am logged in, the top of the sticky is hidden BEHIND the admin top panel on all pages now. not “spaced under”
February 2, 2015 at 2:51 pm in reply to: Parallax backgrounds no longer working in Google Chrome #146361Ed, that fixed did indeed work for the parallax.
As posted in the other thread about sticky headers, this same fix also seemed to fix the sticky header issue in Chrome when using a revolution slider. With the only issue being that the sticky header is now spaced under the top admin panel while I am logged in and this occurs on all pages.
I am pleased with the parallax working and the top admin panel issue is more of an annoyance, but it doesn’t occur without the new fix. Just fyi. Thanks
February 2, 2015 at 2:23 pm in reply to: Parallax backgrounds no longer working in Google Chrome #146332Kyle, my “fixed” parallex view is still not working in Chrome after the update either…still works when viewed in other browsers (Firefox and IE).
Thanks Ed…that did make it sticky in Chrome again. However, if I am logged in, the top of the sticky is hidden behind the admin top panel on all pages now.
February 1, 2015 at 9:33 am in reply to: Parallax backgrounds no longer working in Google Chrome #146047In following leisk’s issue with the parallex problem…my “fixed” view is still not working in Chrome after the update either…still works when viewed in other browsers (Firefox and IE).
I am having the same issue after updating to 2.75.
The Sticky Header is NOT working on my homepage when viewed in Chrome, but on all other pages of my site, the header DOES stick. It does work on ALL pages when tested on Firefox (all pages) and IE (all pages).
When I remove the Revolution Slider alias from the homepage, the sticky header in Chrome works again. I did try deactivating and reactivating the Revolution Slider plugin and that made no difference.
