Rui, Thank you…that seems to have fixed the logo issue. While I have you, let me ask two questions:
(1) Will this fix be in the next update, so I could then remove the custom CSS code? I like to keep these to as few as possible, to avoid issues.
(2) While I have your ear, I am also running into an issue where the logo is appearing in different locations on different pages of my website. On some pages, it looks as if the “full width header” is being used, when that option is turned off in theme options. I don’t want those pages to have the logo and menu go the width of the page. I want them to be the same as the other pages. I’ve attached screen shots of how it appears on some pages and how it should appear.
Can you help with this?
Thank you!!

(1) That resulted in iPhone logo correctly showing the dark logo above the rev slider.
(2) Now the iPad logo is incorrectly showing the dark logo over the rev slider (using a naked header)

Here is the feedback:
1) The light logo now correctly appears in Chrome, IE, FireFox and Safari, as well as on the iPad. (thank you!!!)2) However, on an iPhone and Samsung Galaxy 3 (small mobile), The logo now incorrectly shows the light logo instead of the dark version on the landing page.
3) I was able to remove the custom CSS code previously provided by Rui and the header areas still correctly appears above the slider content on the iPhone and Galaxy (the only issue being that the light logo appears instead of the dark on the small mobile). (thank you!)
The attached images shows the light logo appearing on the iPhone and Samsung 3, instead of the light logo.
You have been a tremendous help and we greatly appreciate you!

February 26, 2015 at 1:07 am in reply to: Naked Header with Revolution Slider -Light Logo Not Showing on FireFox or IE #153220Ed, thank you for the quick response!!! I updated with the theme build you provided. Here are the results:
(1) It did fix the duplicating light & dark logo on the iPhone and the iPad (thank you!)
(2) The light logo now appropriately appears in Chrome, but not in IE, FireFox or on the iPad. I cleared the cache on all three and still see the dark logo instead of the light version.
(3) It did not fix the header issue where the revolution slider was hidden behind the header on iPhone. But, regarding this issue, Rui provided the following custom CSS via a separate thread and that seems to have fixed the iPhone slider/header issue. I’m providing the iPhone screenshots only for your information, as Rui’s CSS code seems to have worked (thank you, Rui!) and I thought that may need to be updated in the theme in the future: @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {#header{height:130px !important;}.home-slider-wrap{margin-top:130px !important;}}.
Again, I greatly appreciate the help!!

Also, while you were viewing in mobile, did notice that in addition to the double logo, that the slider is hidden behind the logo/header area? You can see a portion of the slider in landscape view. When I originally added the slider, it would slide down under the logo/header area on mobile. Any ideas on this?

So all originally stated problems still exist, even using a different slider

February 21, 2015 at 3:51 pm in reply to: Naked Header with Revolution Slider -Light Logo Not Showing on FireFox or IE #152174Rui, it was a misunderstanding on the unblinding and I apologize – this was my first private post and didn’t realize that I could see the credentials because I was logged in and it is indicated on my end as contained in a gray boxes – duh!
1) Okay, thanks
2) Thanks. The re-install of the parent theme helped with some quirky things that were occurring, but not necessarily this thread’s issue.
3) To try something different, I deactivated the revolution slider and recreated the slider in LayerSlider. Turned on the Naked (light) meta on my landing page. Now it appears that the naked light logo is appropriately appearing on my dark LayerSlider image and the dark logo is appropriately appearing on other pages. So it appears that there is an issue with Revolution Slider (v 4.6.5) and the naked light meta code.
4) The “however” in this “fix” is that now the LayerSlider is not appearing on mobile (ios) – it seems to be behind the logo container (see pics) and both my dark and light logos appear on the screen, one on top of the other.5) I have reactivated the previously created credentials from the above post for you and the developer. (again, apologize for my misunderstanding of how this thread works.
Thank you

I’ve been trying to undo whatever you were trying to do because it messed up several things. I finally got the swiftbuilder working again. but now the light logo doesn’t work at all. Menu will show light color, but logo is dark for every browser tested now
1) May I ask what was changed when you were looking around?
2) I am working with a child theme…If i delete the main theme and reinstall it, will the child theme still retain all of my content.
3) What was done that caused the light logo to stop workingBecause you unblinded the credentials post, I had to remove the access. So, once the developer can respond, I will create new credentials.
February 21, 2015 at 1:09 am in reply to: Revolution Slider hidden behind logo/header on mobile (iphone) #152110Kyle, can you check again? I’ve cleared browser caches and the issues still occurs. I’ve checked on an Galaxy 3 and and iphone 4 that had never been used to access the site before and the issue occurs on them as well.
February 20, 2015 at 5:58 am in reply to: Naked Header with Revolution Slider -Light Logo Not Showing on FireFox or IE #151852can you mark the access post as private please!!!!!!! i’ve revoked those credentials since you unblinded the post and exposed the credentials
February 20, 2015 at 5:09 am in reply to: Naked Header with Revolution Slider -Light Logo Not Showing on FireFox or IE #151839May I ask what you tried when you took a look, because now my swiftbuilder functions are gone and the formatting is messed up on my site.
If you were having this issue on mobile view, would you mind sharing how you fixed these two issues? I am having the same problem on mobile
1. The naked header is not working
2. The naked header is displaying both light and dark logo (see screen grab attached)February 19, 2015 at 6:17 am in reply to: Naked Header with Revolution Slider -Light Logo Not Showing on FireFox or IE #151450This reply has been marked as private.February 19, 2015 at 6:16 am in reply to: Revolution Slider hidden behind logo/header on mobile (iphone) #151449This reply has been marked as private. -
