You haven´t released an update in the last 5 DAYS!!!! That is ridiculous. Please explain, what the problem is why you can´t fix your theme?

A re-installation of dante-child.zip from the main download folder failed. Child-theme does not show up under themes and can not be activated.

I deleted the dysfunctional DANTE theme and installed Dante 4.8 as a ZIP (https://www.dropbox.com/s/jf6eztm2wco3w5s/Dante_WP_4_8.zip?dl=0), now the Dante Child Theme Version: 1.0 disappeared. So my layout stays still messed up.

Please advice how to avoid such effects

The custom ccs which made the gallery arrows constantly visible was enough to do the job. Thanks for the help.

That was not my question. I have´nt asked :”How to navigate to the next/previous Gallery”

My question still is:

How to make the forward and backward arrows in gallery view (big gallery screen not the thumpnail row)
constantly visible and the arrow slightly bigger?

Currently the arrows appear only as mouse over effect.
