The issues with cart and super search have been resolved, thanks for your guidance. We have only one minor issue now on the site with page https://www.eaden.com.au/new/stockists This page has a list of my clients stockists. If you look at same page on live site http://www.eaden.com.au/stockists – this shows how it should display. But on the staging site where we have upgraded theme, wordpress, plug ins it is now showing as accordion list. My developer is having trouble fixing this. Are you able to assist?

The memory limit is 1GB. All plug ins except those advised were disabled but same issues still occuring.

My developer has actioned 1) and 2) however the issues are still present. We have both checked and still nothing appears on the cart page.

Re the super search – I have tried selecting a size only or a size and colour. Nothing returns. See live site for how this normally works http://www.eaden.com.au

There are 2 main issues 1) is the cart as you can see and 2) the super search isnt working/displaying any results. The super search is located on any of the shop pages (its called personal shopper) per screen shot attached.

Jodie here – I’m a digital marketer. Mohammad (Tanveer) is my developer. We are both seeing these issues. So I am not sure why you are not seeing them. Just because you arent, doesnt mean they arent there. Trust me, we would rather not have the issues and I would rather have a client who is happy that her site upgraded successfully. I would appreciate some actual trouble shooting from you given I have paid for support. I can send screen shots or any other information you need but we have issues we need assistance with please.

Shopping cart still appears empty – see attached screen grab. I’m using Chrome.
And super search (called personal shopper) on shop category page isnt working. The form appears fine but it is not generating any search results when submitted.

That issue disappeared automatically after some hours, there is another issue in the theme search. After searching something results appear on desktop but do not show on mobile devices.

I have attached screen shot of search. It doesn’t work on android mobile or tablet. It works fine on ipad and desktop. It just shows results summary at top but not results below

I have updated the wordpress to 4.4 version and woocommerce to latest version (2.4.12) now the shopping cart and checkout pages have stopped working. Even top navigation is not working on these pages. I have attached the screenshot of error.

Here is the website url in which I am facing the issues:

You can add some item to shopping cart and then navigate to the cart page in order to check the issue. We are in process of making site live but it is stopped working. Can you please urgently suggest some solution?

This is old url:

and this is new url:

You can see the difference. Both site admins have same settings and theme options are also same in both websites. But those theme options are not being reflected in new website.

Regarding images upload images sizes are not more than 1 MB though upload limit set in site media library is 512 MB.

We also have issue in media library. When we upload some image in media library if image is of small size then it uploads fine but when image is of more kilo bytes then it produces error “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.” Can you please guide us about this issue too?

I have imported theme options from old site to new site like you had explained above. All options are imported and setup in new site admin theme options well. But the main site is not reflecting these options. Site front end is not like old site.

What can be the reason?
