I’m using a logo 1000px x 365px and the css:

Hey, thanks for responding!

I cleared the cache on my Windows Chrome and this event still occurs. I also tried it on internet explorer on Window s and the same thing happened there. It did not happen on Safari or Chrome on a Mac, nor did it happen on an iPhone iOS 5s.
