I had seen elsewhere that it could be done this way but no explanation about how to do it?

Forgive my ignorance, I have only been using the theme a few days. Is this done by adding a menu as per normal and adding the row id in a particular place or do I need to add code somewhere?

I would ideally like a text link menu at the top of the page which does the same job as the one page navigation bar on the right.

So when I press a link it scrolls down to the correct placement on the page instead of to a new page.

Does that make sense?
