The download area only contains the original template zip that I downloaded not an updated copy. If this is not the case please let me know.

Yes, had the same issue with after the 3.11 Update with WooCommerce 2.4.1 Fix Update

See the picture attachment for files in question.

Should they be updated or will they affect anything in the template functionality?
