    Hi Ed,

    yes, same issue on the site you gave.
    IE is still bumby, compare to chrome, firefox.

    Hi Ed,

    thanks for your reply.
    we are using IE11.

    what I found is, if I uncheck “smooth scroll” from internet option (IE). the stellar parallax works fine.
    maybe this can help you to figure out.
    Perhaps something must be revised from stallar.js in theme folder.

    Dear,

    could you please help to advise. I am still waiting your support.
    I found on the forum who had the same issue as mine
    ID: barkovsky

    he says Visual composer parallax works smoothly whereas swift builder does not.
    I need to use the swift builder, so please help to fix this issue.
