Hi there,
One of my issue won’t stop happening… So previously in this thread, I added my fr_CA files in order to get those in the new Dante theme upgrade.
When I did the upgrade, I did lost my translation, so I was forced to reupload my fr_CA files.
When I did so, everything turn back okay, except one line, which did me the same thing over and over again since the beginning of my translation issues.
Last may 13th, I download Dante version 2,53 to get the language files again, then I did all the translation process. At the time, I did fixed the “By … on … in …” line issue.
Today, after I did the theme upgrade, I uploaded the same translation file I had this may 13th, but the line won’t translate anymore.
I joined my translation files here and a picture of the line. What can I do? I can’t keep doing the same translation process again and again and I can’t understand why the exact same file won’t translate this line anymore.
Also, I had a look to the file, and the line is there!
(Previously, in this thread, I uploaded the translated files that fixed the issue. I did even tried with those ones, just in case, but it didn’t work)

Hi Ed,
I did what you suggest with the “wordpress in your language”.
Everything is fine, but the date format (which is different in french – month day, year to day month year) doesn’t change. I looked in the Po file wordpress gave me, but the specific line isn’t there. I was wondering if it could be because of the other .mo file I added (for Dante theme)? Both files are called, fr_CA but aren’t in the same language folder (one is in the main language folder, and the one for the theme is in the theme language folder).
I’m pretty sure it is a problem linked to the wordpress .mo file, which would not count the right string for the format translation, but just in case I wanted to make it clear with you before.
Regards,
MaximeThe pleasure is mine! Thanks again!
Oops! Here’s a zip of both files.

Hi,
Still doing the same thing.
I forgot to tell that I did changed the CSS in order to get accent color as the background and white for the logo of the social network, all this on hover. Does it affect this code?
Hi,
It worked! Thanks for this! 🙂
Well, I have this code in my custom JS. It stayed there after you did help me with my like buttons at the top of the page (FB, Twitter et LinkedIn), so I didn’t remove it.
/*Facebook like button*/ <div id="fb-root"></div> <script>(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/fr_CA/all.js#xfbml=1"; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs); }(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));</script>
No, I didn’t.
Hi
Kyle : It didn’t worked. It gave me errors at line 471… Though it worked when I added Mohammad code.
The only thing is, when I hover the LinkedIn Icon, the icon disappears. You can see it there http://www.pluriels.ca/profiter-ete-travail/

Hi Ed,
Thanks for your quick answer. It helped.

Is there a specific place in single.php where I need to add it? I tried to add it at the end of the file but I didn’t work.
