In your wp-config.php can you turn on the dubug whilst we investigate?Change this define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); to this: define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );”
Hi Mohammed,
i contacted my host and they have looked into the memory and also at the database and its not a problem at this end. They removed the template and all is loading fine with products being pulled through (see attached screenshots). Below is there response. I would be grateful for your further assistance…
Please note that there is some issue with the theme ‘neighborhood’. Currently we have backed the theme as ‘neighborhood_bak’ and that has resolved the issue.
Also, please be informed that there is no memory issue and memory limit is all set fine. The memory_limit in php.ini and wp-config.php is ‘768M’ .
—–
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘768M’ );
memory_limit = 768M
—–We have also checked the database ‘thelevel_store’ and could see that it is all fine.

You have my admin login details so feel free to deactivate any plugin you like if that helps! Thanks for your time!
January 12, 2015 at 9:17 pm in reply to: Homepage Swift Slider Responsive sizes not working :( #141042…well I was hoping you could suggest a way to get the whole image to fit on the mobile display. I thought the point of being able to control the slider size settings for each screen with was for this purpose but it doesn’t seem to work. I am telling it to be 320px width image for a 320px width screen (see screenshot) but its cutting the image off so clearly this isn’t working properly…

Can you please give me a suitable solution…

Website is now working, not sure what happened there…but that bug is still there.
Also the Review product functions are playing up in a few ways (see screenshots):
1. It doesn’t let you write a new review because the pop-up box doesn’t have the name, email address criteria and errors when you try to submit
2. The above box also doesn’t seems to be working properly with plus captcha
3. …the review text is coming through in white…this is all since updating to the latest version of the theme me thinks

HI Mohammed,
…Just realised the Revolution Slider isn’t devolving to smartphone properly and is maintaining the full height which doesn’t look good – please can you help…
oop my bad. Awesome thank you for your help Mohammed
HI Mohammed,
I have cleared my cache and it still does not work. Re-read my last email properly please and look at the screenshot. I know my my live site the slider looks fine because its just an in page slider rather than the full-width homepage slider because when I enter the alias on the ‘Homepage’ it only shows 300px worth of the height. I haven’t left it live because it looks embarrassing…
please assist…
Hi Laranz,
Thanks for this but the slider is still coming through as displaying on the half of the height 🙁 – see attached screenshot because I had to take it off my live site because it looked stupid – though you can see that it should be a height of 650px, as configured in my settings in the revolution slide but it is only showing circa 300px. It used to work fine
How do I fix this?
Thanks for your time
