    Hey David,

    1. Thank you – all sorted

    2. Seems to have sorted itself out now 🙂

    3. this updated code you sent me now works perfectly thank you

    4. Righto

…unfortunately a new problem has arisen when I’m trying to do the simple task of just adding some text to a blog post. I just want to add a simple line in between each paragraph. See screenshots attached. On the “Visual view” I add a line of spacing (which for some reason adds 2 lines ugh!)…but actually adds nothing to the code. I need this to work for my client to make it simple for her to add blog posts.

If I go to the “text” view, I then add <br/> in the code…it works but creates 2 lines spacing which just looks stupid. What’s going on here and why isn’t such a simple thing working. It’s very frustrating!

The page I’m trying to make look good is http://www.prettygoodproject.org/featured-blog-post/hygglig-christmas/

    admin page http://www.prettygoodproject.org/wp-admin/post.php?post=341&action=edit

    Thanks

    Mark

I ran out of options to upload images, so here’s one more little one

    5. I’d like to reduce the spacing above the product name because it currently sits half way between the correct product and the one below. Can you tell me how to do this please.

Thanks for all your help. Painfully close to being able to launch now 🙂

    3. …this still doesn’t seem to work with the “Read more information” …the link text put the correct link in the browser but it doesn’t scroll down. But if I then reload the page, it does.

    1. Yes I would like to remove it from the filter, but still keep it as a category I think because I need a way to pull through specific blog posts to the homepage.

    2. I am on the most up to date version of Swift builder, WP and the template. Clearing my cashe seems to have sorted the issue for most elements, but not the image banner which still wont let me edit it at all 🙁

    3. thank you

    …in other news, on http://testsite.thelevelcollective.co.uk/

I am getting the error message “Notice: class-wp-upgrader-skins.php is deprecated since version 4.7.0! Use class-wp-upgrader.php instead. in /home/thelevel/public_html/testsite/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3957”

My hosts are saying it’s a issue with the template, but I am on the very latest version 🙁

    Hi David

Thanks for getting back to me.

    1. I haven’t intentionally updated any core files. As I said, I just ran the update and it it said there was a timeout issue yet it still seem to update some things successfully, but not others. How can I run the update again?

    2. …I just want to be able to style headings of dividers and other text like the screenshot attached again. What class do i need to give to it please? It did inspect element and tried a few but it didn’t seem to work.

    3. see number 1…

    Thank you super helpful,

Just realised I didn’t communicate 2a very well, I’ll try again.

On individual products, the related items at the bottom, How can I hide the category from this please? (see screen shot)

…I’ve also just noted a load more display issue bugs on my individual product page http://www.prettygoodproject.org/product/nimble/

See attached screen shots. It’s ruined the layout of the comments and added links to blogs etc at the bottom which i don’t want and i have no idea why they are there.

As I say, all this issues started when I updated to the lastest version of the template, but it said there was an gateway 504 error part of the way through…but it’s saying that it did update and isn’t giving me the option to update anymore so I’m just wondering whether it’s not updated properly. is that possible? If so, how can i rectify this?

    Cheers

Super Super helpful on pretty much everything thank you.

    8) …padding was the wrong word. There is quite a lot of spacing above and below my logo which I would like to reduce please. How can I do this? 🙂

    11) Oh right, how strange that it is mailchimp plugin causing this. I have already ticked the box in mailchimp settings to tell it to disable CSS settings and that doesn’t seem to be working (see screenshot) 🙁 Any ideas?

Thanks again – you’ve been so helpful 🙂

    2. Thank you

    3. So with using the contact form plugin and the shortcode to create the email sign up, it this still connected with Mailchimp and if so how?

    4. The banner I initially referred to in my question with attached screenshot. Attached again.

    5. Thank you

Thanks for getting back to me and for your help.

    2. Thanks for this, but now I have the opposite problem when the button hovers I can no longer see the text because it is white. Can you give me some code for setting the color of the text in this button when hovered please. (see attached screenshot)

    3. thanks you for showing me how to put the email banner at the bottom, but how do I do the other kind of email sign up line like you have in the footer in the attached screen shot please?

Also I have send the email banner to be global but it doesn’t seem to come up on the shop page. Any ideas?

    4. I would like the buttons on this banner to change colour when I hover on them

…also, on my homepage ( http://testsite.thelevelcollective.co.uk/ ) when I go to mobile screen, a white gap appears below the intro text (see attached screenshot) even though doesn’t seem to be any blank spacing. Can you tell me how to get rid of this gap please.

    Thanks for your time

    Oh also,

    11. Shop – individual product. How on earth do you change the accordion link and line colours please?

I’ve looked through all of the color customising options and can’t seem to see it

Oh wait, no it still doesn’t work

If I reload the page it works (it was loading too low down so I’ve added another empty row above my decription and linked to this description id: ProductDescription1

    http://www.prettygoodproject.org/product/nimble/#ProductDescription1

…but if I just click the “Read more information” link, it changes the URL but doesn’t move down 🙁
