actually scratch that,
could we just get rid of the blog post / chain link logos all together and set the overlaid colour independently of the main accent colour set through the colour customiser.
Ie. wed like the primary accent colour to be blue – but we want the accent colour displayed when mousing over images that are links to be a very transparent white?
think this should be simpler..?
Thanks
Chris
Hi Mohammad,
Would it be possible to upload a SVG or EPS logo file to use instead of global text?
Thanks
Chris

Thanks for the css but it doesn’t seem to be working correctly – it keeps getting overridden by the main accent colour settings from the colour customiser…
Any Ideas?
Thanks
Chris

All the products have lost their “new badges” now – I guess this is because we finished uploading them all a couple of weeks ago now…
Is there a way to artificially bring them back to some products unpublish/republish or something?
Thanks
Chris

There’s not a page with the issue – but perhaps I can better explain.
to achieve the white background / blue text shown in the previous screen shot we changed the accent colour settings to those shown in screen shot attached.
However this has caused several issues – for example when mousing over links (like the category link below each product) – they turn WHITE on mouse over(the main accent colour)- making them invisible.
Ideally we want to control the banner colours specifically so that we can then use the colour picker to control the rest of the colours in the theme globally – so we don’t have to set each one with css.
Does that make sense?
thanks
chris

Ok no worries, I’d imagine there would be a plugin that would allow this ?
Could you suggest one?
Do you use a plugin already within the theme to power the different carousels?
Thanks,
Chris
Hi Kyle,
Thanks for your reply. Is is it possible instead just to specify products to be shown in the carousel by name or SKU ?
We’re looking for a way to feature specific products within blog posts
Thanks
ChrisHi David,
Ok thanks – we’ll wait to see what they turn up .
Chris
Hi David,
Thanks for the reply – yes I’m referring to the page builder products module.
I’ve seen the options to specify display of products within certain categories – using the category slug. But there doesn’t seem to be an option to do this with tags (which we use to organise lots of the products on our site…)
Thanks
Chris
Idealy we’d like to be able to use text instead and change the colour / opacity of the overlay background and the text
Is that possible?
Thanks
ChrisHi David,
Thanks for the update. Look forward to hearing back.
thanks,
Chris
