Thanks, Ed! Disabled caching and CDN for 10 minutes, and now all is back to normal 🙂
Best,
MargaritaYes, updated it yesterday or the day before I think.
Ok, all caching disabled now, anything else I could do you think? I cleared cache in my browsers and disabled all caching for the website. Does it take it some time to kick in?
Thanks!
Yes, I do! I am using a chahing plugin and Cloudflare CDN. Just tried clearing all cache, but didn’t fix it yet 🙁

Best,
MargaritaOh, that’s right! There’s no way to replicate a random error. Really sorry for having taken your time!
Best,
MargaritaThanks, David! That explains it.
One more thing: when I’m testing the website through Chrome, I myself get a 404 when I am being sent to the product page,
with this one it’s every 3-4rth time: http://thatsknit.com/shop/shop-categories/oversize-picasso-cotton-shirtBest,
MargaritaExcellent!
Thank you, David!
…Feeling embarrassed that the solution was so simple…And that’s what it looks like now, at best…You must admit, it’s pretty ugly…

You must be logged in to view attached files. Thanks, Dave…believe me, I did that, that was my setting for the last 6 months.
My problem is different – mega menu doesn’t look the same anyome, it’s too wide (see attached), font is too large, spacing too wide, and the picture doesn’t look right when it’s there.I have studied the forum and theme documents before posting the question.
Moreover, 6 months ago when I was initially setting up the website, I did make the menu have the desired look (have 2 columns with a 3 as a picture withouth being full-width), and I was using the documentation and information found on this forum. After the last theme update, it started to look like on the screenshot attached and I can’t fix it. I have spent over an hour studying the documentation and forums before posting my question.
Best,
